Top 5 Favorite Photos From Our Summer Vacation

5: Lazy River. I’m such a fan of the lazy river. It allows me to be, well, lazy. Watching my nephew Danny chillin’ along the river makes me smile. Get your lazy on, Danny Boy!

4: The Crooked Old Man. I couldn’t help but stop for a photo op with the Crooked Old Man on storybook lane. While he tried to cop a feel when I walked away, I’m glad I stopped in to say “hi”.

3: The Hot Dog. This is another traditional photo op that we simply could not pass up. Shoving all 5 grandkids on the Hot Dog. It’s tasteful, yet leaves you saying, I hope he is up to date with his rabies shots.

2: Running into lifelong friends. My friend Catherine and I have been friends, literally since birth. Born on the same day (April 27th), we often miss each other when I’m upstate visiting. For whatever reason, the stars were aligned and she ended up getting a seat right next to me in the kid’s pool area. Here’s to us, Cat!

1: Skirt Chasing. “Proud Daddy Moment” has just been brought to a new level. Watching my son look up Alice’s skirt was one of pure shock, fear and uncontrollable laughter. Oh boy, am I in trouble!
